Remote Training allows me to teach and/or repair from a distant location. This means a few different things:

1. I can set up hour lessons with you without the travel time involved and therefore at a reduced cost to you.
2. I can help you in a pinch with a computer issue you're experiencing without us having to set up an appointment.
3. If you've been wanting to take lessons but are out of the areas I service, this is no longer an issue.

In order for a remote tutoring lesson to take place, all you need is an internet connection and a phone and/or computer headset (microphone and headphone combo).
I will need your permission to install a small program (TeamViewer) that will allow me to remotely control your computer. This will enable me to work from your computer screen. I'll be seeing what you see! You and I will both be able to control the mouse and/or keyboard. We can also use Skype to chat back and forth if the telephone is not an option or would be too costly.
