TrainerTara: $175/hr

One-to-One, Individualized, Private Tutoring:​

Each and every client is a unique individual with his/her own set of skills, abilities and goals. I base all my computer training on minimizing the frustration and level of anxiety associated with computers and technology. My aim is to make the use of technology simple, enjoyable, and productive.​

  • PC and Mac​

  • iPhone and iPad

  • Internet and Email

  • Learn the basics (Terminology, Search the Internet, Search Bar vs Address Bar, Send/Receive email, Upload documents, Attach files, Right-click/Double click, Select Text, Cut/Copy/Paste)

  • Computer file organization

  • Microsoft Office, Google Workspace

  • Facebook, Instagram, etc.

  • The "Cloud" (Dropbox, iCloud, Google Drive, One Drive)

  • FaceTime, Zoom

SetupTara: $400 flat fee

In-office/In-home Device Setups *If it's not done right the first time, many issues WILL arise afterwards!

  • Computers and Laptops (PC and Mac)

    • Unboxing

    • System setup

    • Operating system updates

    • Connection to network

    • Software installation including antivirus, antimalware

    • Uninstallation of bulk software pre-installed on systems

    • Transferring of data

ConsulTara: $175/hr

  • Assessment, research and advice on choosing which tech products, devices and software to purchase or not to purchase

  • Assistance in the online purchasing process of new equipment and software

  • Advice on security related software and password management

  • Computer file organization

  • I will act as a liaison between you and your technology companies for a smoother interaction

  • Assistance with social media pages

  • Creating and editing documents

TechyTara: $175/hr

  • PC checkups/maintenance​

  • Updates and Upgrades

  • Software installation​

  • Backups

  • Troubleshooting

  • PC and Mac support

  • iPhone and iPad support

  • Tech help

  • Quick-fixes

  • Any assistance and support, fixes, malware scans and removal, etc.

TERMS OF SERVICE

HOURS 

Monday – Friday 10am – 5pm. All calls, emails and texts will be returned during these hours.

APPOINTMENTS

  • Must be scheduled in advance and can be made by phone, email, or text, and also online at: www.taragrey.com.

  • Each session has a minimum of 1 hour. If extra time is needed and my schedule allows, the fee is prorated in 15 minute increments. More than 1 hour may initially be booked by scheduling with me over the phone.

  • Any Remote Support/Quick Fix calls for assistance (determined at my discretion) are billed in 15 minute increments.

PAYMENT

Payment is due at time of service and can be made by: Cash, Check, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay or Credit Card.

 

LATE CANCELLATIONS & MISSED APPOINTMENTS

Please kindly contact me at least 24 hours ahead to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations, missed appointments and requests to reschedule are unable to be filled and you will be responsible for the full session fee.
