Computer-Help

CONSULTING FEE

$150 per hour

HOURS 

Monday – Friday 10am – 5pm. All calls, emails and texts will be returned during these hours.

APPOINTMENTS

CONSULTING SESSION: Minimum of 1 hour. If extra time is needed and I am able to provide that time, you will be charged in 15 minute increments. *By appointment only.

REMOTE SUPPORT SESSION: Minimum of 1 hour. If extra time is needed and I am able to provide that time, you will be charged in 15 minute increments. *By appointment only.

“WHEN YOU NEED IT” REMOTE SUPPORT: Billed in 15 minute increments.

PAYMENT

Payment is due at time of service. I do not send invoices but will email a receipt if requested. Payment can be made by:
Check, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, PayPal, or Credit Card

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please contact me at least 24 hours ahead if you must cancel an appointment. Late cancellations are unable to be filled and you will be responsible for the full session fee.
